My passion for capturing and manipulating audio all started with the film ‘Home Alone 2 : Lost In New York.” Before you ask, no, I did not work on that film… I was 4 when I saw it, but I did get my hands on a Talkboy which was a turning point as it encouraged me to hear all sound as a potential source of creativity. This is a long winded way of saying I’ve based my entire professional career on a movie currently polling at 34% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Needless to say, I feel comfortable leaning into all sources of creativity and inspiration; regardless of how silly or far-fetched they may seem. Any time I am not behind the desk pushing faders and buttons, I am either capturing sounds with my ‘grown up Talkboy’ or irresponsibly adding to my record collection (intervention pending).
